On Friday, participants begin with the Taster Session: Introduction to Universal Healing Tao Practices, followed in the afternoon by Introduction & Taoist Basics with Grandmaster Mantak Chia.
On Saturday, the programme continues with Morning Qigong, Inner Alchemy Astrology, Taoist Basics with Grandmaster Mantak Chia and a guided Review & Integration Class.
You will learn how to reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom, awaken and circulate life-force energy through practices such as the Microcosmic Orbit, and develop greater body awareness, inner stability and emotional balance.

A powerful, harmonizing sound journey. Most cultures associate the Heart with Love, Joy and happiness, and hatred with a cold/closed heart. Discover the 6 healing sounds and the corresponding movements. Learn how these simple sounds can cleanse your organs, regulate your emotions, strengthen your energy, and recharge your body.
Microcosmic Orbit
The essential, basic exercise of circulating energy. During our practice, as our energy refines becoming more subtle it rises. To work with energy safely we must ensure that energy does not get stuck in our blockages and that ‘What goes up must come down’.
Learn the Microcosmic Orbit and discover how you can direct your life force/vital energy to circulate through your body’s energy system dissolving blockages to create an even flow leaving you feeling, revitalized, grounded and balanced.

Men will discover Taoist methods for conserving and transforming sexual energy, nourishing the body and strengthening internal vitality.
The programme includes Morning Qigong, two daily Healing Love sessions with Grandmaster Mantak Chia and guided Review & Integration Classes with senior instructors.
Women will be introduced to practices that support pelvic awareness, hormonal balance, feminine vitality and the cultivation and circulation of sexual energy.
Men will discover Taoist methods for conserving and transforming sexual energy, nourishing the body and strengthening internal vitality.
